1-1 games, 12-10 medals, deepnet wins on medals.
I gratefully acknowledge Lady Luck favored me in both games! JL had a few good starting cards in game 1, but played fairly conservative with an Amour Assault playing carefully from a distance, which worked well since I was able to respond with a Play All center with surviving units to mount the counter attack. In the end, the Dice Gods shined, and I was able to take the win fairly easily.
In game two, it was 5-5 medals, which generally would mean that the Allies are ahead, since the Axis start with less units. But, JL had very wisely saved a BEL card, taking out a weakened infantry and exit for the win. Well played! Alas, too late to change the match, but still a smart way to win for SacaS.
Thank you for the games JL... bad luck is the not the way a top match should proceed.
